Player performance
Xavier Worthy was the 28th overall pick of the 2024 draft by the Kansas City Chiefs. Unlike other recent high draft picks, Rashee Rice and Skyy Moore, the Chiefs opted to make Worthy the full-time starter immediately. He played 63% of the Chiefs' offensive snaps in Week 1 and continued to hover from 50-75% of the snaps over the first 13 weeks of the season.
