Fantasy Analyst

The Fantasy Analyst at PFF will actively write unique and engaging content to support the PFF Fantasy products within the company’s EDGE and ELITE subscriptions. The position will be expected to regularly provide rankings and will also have the opportunity to contribute to podcast and video content.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and write fantasy article content including but not limited to re-draft, DFS, dynasty and best ball
  • Provide season-long and weekly rankings for re-draft fantasy leagues along with dynasty and rookie rankings
  • (Preferred) Contribute to PFF’s podcast and video content

Required Skills:

  • Ability to navigate Twitter, Instagram and Facebook effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively with in-office and remote employees
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar and proofreading skills
  • Organized

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in the fantasy sports industry
  • Demonstrable expertise in fantasy football and the NFL
  • Passion for football, fantasy sports and PFF
  • Professional writing skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work around the NFL schedule

Preference will be given to candidates with some or all of the following:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the fantasy sports industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year school
  • Ability to use MS Excel and/or other analysis software
  • Knowledge of playing daily fantasy sports (DFS) and/or best ball contests
  • Understanding of NFL defense and IDP leagues

Relocation is not required for this position.

Social Media Production Intern

PFF is seeing a Social Production Intern to contribute to the company’s social media accounts across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule social media posts across all platforms (e.g. Twitter, Instagram and Facebook)
  • Assist Social Production staff in creating engaging social media posts across all platforms
  • Assist in tracking and reporting success of all social media posts
  • Communicate with PFF’s talent to form ideas for future social media posts, campaigns and strategies

Required Skills:

  • Ability to navigate Twitter, Instagram and Facebook effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively with in-office and remote employees
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar and proofreading skills
  • Organized

Qualifications:

  • Sophomore, Junior or Senior
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Based in Cincinnati, OH or nearby area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including emphasis in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere

The is a part-time internship based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The internship includes compensation of $10 per hour and requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
