Player performance
Justin Herbert has spent the last five seasons as the Los Angeles Chargers‘ starting quarterback. He started his career with two seasons around 23.0 PPR points per game, which is unheard of for a non-rushing quarterback that early in their career. Part of his success was due to volume, as no quarterback dropped back to pass more often than Herbert over those two seasons. His passing grade was in the top 10 among quarterbacks. He threw a touchdown on at least 5% of his passes both years and earned over 7.0 yards per attempt each year.
