- Start Dak Prescott: He, with CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens and Jake Ferguson, should be able to eat apart the Las Vegas Raiders’ heavy zone defense.
- Sit Trevor Lawrence: He should be avoided at all costs against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 11. The Chargers have allowed the second-fewest points per game to quarterbacks this season.

Are you struggling to set your Week 11 fantasy lineups? Maybe I can help… Below you can find my top fire (boom) and ice (bust) players at each position for Week 11. I also include my sleeper of the week at each position in case you are in a deeper league or in need of a replacement for an ice player.
Don’t miss my Fire and Ice chart at the bottom of this page. There, I have listed out all of my fire, good, sleeper and ice plays for Week 11 of the 2025 fantasy football season.
Quarterbacks
Fire QB Start of the Week: Dak Prescott (at LV)
Dak Prescott’s last two games before their Week 10 bye were disappointing, especially after he was on a tear from Weeks 4-7. The bye week hopefully allowed the Dallas Cowboys to readjust and get back on track. In two of their last three games, the Raiders have allowed Patrick Mahomes (26) and Trevor Lawrence (21.2) to put up big fantasy days against them.
Prescott, with CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens and Jake Ferguson, should be able to eat apart the Las Vegas Raiders’ heavy zone defense; they have played zone defense at the second-highest rate of all teams this season at 84%.
Sleeper QB of the Week: Tua Tagovailoa (vs WAS)
The Miami Dolphins offense has come alive as of late, scoring 30-plus points in two of their last three games. Tagovailoa only has three games with more than 15 fantasy points this season, but he should be able to put up big numbers against the Washington Commanders‘ leaky defense, which has allowed a league-high 8.9 pass yards per attempt to opponents in 2025.
The Commanders have allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season. Each of the last four quarterbacks to face the Commanders has scored at least 23 fantasy points: Dak Prescott (23.3), Patrick Mahomes (23), Sam Darnold (27.2) and Jared Goff (24.8).
Ice QB Start of the Week: Trevor Lawrence (vs LAC)
Trevor Lawrence has scored 19-plus points in three of his last five games, finishing with 17.5-plus points in four of the last five. However, he should be avoided at all costs against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 11. The Chargers have allowed the second-fewest points per game to quarterbacks this season, behind only the Denver Broncos and the Houston Texans, who held Lawrence to just 9.8 fantasy points last Sunday.
Running Backs
Fire RB Start of the Week: Jaylen Warren (vs CIN)
Although he is already averaging 17 touches per game in 2025, Mike Tomlin is still campaigning for Jaylen Warren to get more carries moving forward. An increased workload couldn’t come at a better time for Warren, as the Cincinnati Bengals are the juiciest matchup you can ask for your fantasy running backs this season.
The Bengals are allowing 33.5 fantasy points per game to the position in 2025, while no other team is allowing 27-plus points per game. They have allowed at least one running back to score 17-plus points against them in every single game this season, including in Week 7, when they allowed Warren to score a season-high 19.8 points.
Sleeper RB of the Week: Woody Marks (at TEN)
Woody Marks has scored 13-plus points in three of the last four weeks. Last Week, Marks played a career-high 79% of Houston's offensive snaps and was productive with his opportunities, gaining 81 yards and scoring a touchdown on 18 touches.
The Titans have allowed the fourth-most points on average to the running back position in 2025. Marks had his best game of his rookie season in Week 4 against the Tennessee Titans, when he put up 119 yards, two touchdowns and scored 27.9 fantasy points against them.
Ice RB Start of the Week: Kenneth Walker III (at LAR)
The Los Angeles Rams are the best defense against fantasy running backs this season. They have allowed just 16.2 points per game to the position this season while allowing only one rushing touchdown to a running back all year long. If that trend continues, that means Kenneth Walker is expected to score eight or fewer fantasy points as he splits the backfield with Zach Charbonnet.
Walker offers minimal upside in any given week as he is seldom involved in the passing game, and Charbonnet continues to steal the majority of the team’s goal-line work. Walker has just one rushing touchdown to Charbonnet’s six in the eight games they played together in 2025.
Wide Receivers
Fire WR Start of the Week: Jaylen Waddle (vs WAS)
Jaylen Waddle has scored at least 14 fantasy points in five of six games since Tyreek Hill suffered a season-ending injury in Week 4. Over that span, Waddle is averaging over 80 receiving yards per game, 16.7 yards per reception and has three touchdowns. This week, he travels to Madrid, Spain to play in one of the best matchups for fantasy wide receivers.
On the season, the Washington Commanders have allowed the third-most points per game to wide receivers. Rashee Rice, Jameson Williams, CeeDee Lamb, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Tory Horton have each put up a 20-plus fantasy performance against the Commanders over the last four weeks.
Sleeper WR Start of the Week: Michael Wilson (vs SF)
With Marvin Harrison Jr. out this week due to appendicitis and Zay Jones (Achilles) placed on injured reserve, Michael Wilson will have a big opportunity to see a heavy target share in a great matchup against the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday. The 49ers have allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers since Week 5. Multiple wide receivers have hit 11-plus points against the 49ers in each of their games over the last six weeks.
Ice WR Starts of the Week: Courtland Sutton (vs KC)
After a great start to the fantasy season, Courtland Sutton has seen six or fewer targets and scored 10 or fewer points in four of the last five weeks. With Troy Franklin becoming Bo Nix’s go-to guy as of late, Sutton only saw four targets for three receptions for 24 yards in a favorable matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders last week.
Now, he gets a very tough matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs, who have allowed the sixth-fewest points on average to the wide receiver position in 2025 and the fewest in the league since Week 6.
Tight Ends
Fire TE Start of the Week: Oronde Gadsden II (at JAX)
Oronde Gadsden seems good-to-go after leaving last week’s game due to a bruised quad. Thank goodness, as his matchup this week is great. The Jacksonville Jaguars have allowed the second-most receiving touchdowns and fantasy points per game to the tight end position this season. Over the last two weeks, Brock Bowers scored 43.3 points, and Dalton Schultz hit 18.3 points in their respective matchups against the Jaguars.
Sleeper TE of the Week: Pat Freiermuth (vs CIN)
If Pat Freiermuth is playing the Cincinnati Bengals, then he should be in your starting lineup. Not only are the Bengals the best matchup for fantasy tight ends this season, but Freiermuth has owned the Bengals throughout his career. In eight games played against the Bengals, Freiemuth has averaged 16 fantasy points per game and has never scored fewer than 11 points against them.
Over his last four matchups vs. the Bengals, Freiermuth has put up 28.1, 22.5, 18.8 and 21.0 fantasy points. Those four games are all his top-four fantasy performances since 2023. In Week 7, Freiermuth put up 111 yards and two touchdowns against the Bengals – the only game this season in which he has had more than 33 yards.
Ice TE Start of the Week: Mark Andrews (at CLE)
Mark Andrews has managed to hit double-digit fantasy points in each of the last two weeks despite totaling just five receptions for 36 yards in that span. He has caught three touchdowns over the last two games, accounting for 23.4 of his 27 points in that time.
On the season, Andrews is averaging a measly 27.1 receiving yards per game, with 34 or fewer yards in six straight matchups. In his earlier season matchup against the Cleveland Browns, he was held to just one reception for two yards and no touchdowns. Andrews will need to find the end zone again in Week 11 to have a hope of hitting even 10 points.
Fire and Ice Fantasy Football Plays
Here, I categorize every relevant fantasy player into five different buckets: (1) fire starts (best starts of the week); (2) thumbs up (good starts); (3) Risky players with upside (sleepers); (4) Ice starts (predicting bad performance from good player); (5) Stop (must sits).
Note: If a player/defense is not listed, I am not considering starting them in Week 11. I did not include Jets/Patriots players as they will have already played by the time this article is published.
