- Tuitt has been a mainstay along the Pittsburgh defensive line totaling 1971 total snaps (including playoffs) over the past two seasons.
- With an overall grade of 82.0, Tuitt graded in top 20 at his position for the first time in his career. Tuitt also had a career year rushing the passer, producing 46 total pressures on 464 pass-rush snaps.
- Tuitt has been strong against the run the past two seasons, ranking seventh in run-stop-percentage in 2016 at 8.8 percent, earning 22 total stops. In 2015 Tuitt ranked 12th in run-stop-percentage at 7.8 percent, earning 23 total stops.
