The weekly offensive snap report is a summary of the participation data for each team’s running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends. Although the main focus is snaps, we also cover important categories like pass routes and designed runs.

Packers 45, Lions 41
Jordy Nelson led the offense with 71 snaps, including a team-high 49 pass routes. James Jones was in on 63 snaps and Donald Driver 55. Jermichael Finley led the tight ends with 56 snaps, followed by Tom Crabtree’s 27 and D.J. Williams’ 21. Ryan Grant and Brandon Saine had a fairly even split at tailback, 33 to 26, with John Kuhn getting 33 snaps at fullback.
Calvin Johnson played 80 of 84 snaps, running 61 pass routes. Nate Burleson worked 74 plays and Titus Young 56. Maurice Stovall even got four snaps. At tight end, Brandon Pettigrew played every single snap and ran 60 routes. Tony Scheffler was a distant second with 37 snaps, and Will Heller got nine. Kevin Smith led the backfield with 57 snaps, Maurice Morris getting 18 and Stefan Logan one.
49ers 34, Rams 27
Michael Crabtree led the wideouts with 58 snaps. With Kyle Williams and Ted Ginn out, Brett Swain got 43 snaps, Joe Hastings 18 and Colin Jones one. Vernon Davis played 70 of 71 snaps, with fellow tight end Justin Peele getting 41. Kendall Hunter paced the backfield with 40 snaps. Frank Gore got 17 and Anthony Dixon 14. At fullback, Moran Norris worked 32 snaps and Bruce Miller nine.
Danario Alexander paced the wideouts with 55 snaps, Brandon Lloyd got 52 and Brandon Gibson 33. Lloyd still led the way with 38 pass routes. Lance Kendricks led the tight ends with 54 snaps. Billy Bajema worked 34 plays and Stephen Spach 29. Quinn Porter and Thomas Welch got one snap each. Steven Jackson barely outworked Cadillac Williams, 32 to 30 plays, while Jerious Norwood saw four snaps.
Bears 17, Vikings 13
Roy Williams led wide receivers with 48 snaps, followed closely by Earl Bennett’s 47. Dane Sanzenbacher got 33 snaps and Devin Hester 32. Tight end Kellen Davis worked 38 plays to Matt Spaeth’s 24. Kahlil Bell again led the way in the backfield with 49 snaps. Armando Allen subbed in for 10 plays. Fullback Tyler Clutts got 14 snaps.
Devin Aromashodu paced the offense with 68 snaps and 45 pass routes. Percy Harvin was close behind with 59 and 42, respectively. Greg Camarillo got 35 snaps and Emmanuel Arceneaux 13. Tight end Kyle Rudolph worked more plays than Visanthe Shiancoe, 56 to 42. Jim Kleinsasser got 15 snaps at tight end. With Adrian Peterson sidelined, Toby Gerhart was in for 43 snaps at tailback. Lorenzo Booker spelled him for 23 snaps. Fullback Ryan D’Imperio saw eight snaps.
Ravens 24, Bengals 16
With Anquan Boldin sidelined, the Ravens used only two WRs. Torrey Smith played all 58 snaps and Lee Evans saw 32. Ed Dickson led the tight ends with 53 snaps, while Dennis Pitta got 49 and Kris Wilson two. Ray Rice paced the backfield with 48 snaps, Ricky Williams spelling him for 10. Fullback Vonta Leach worked 38 snaps.
A.J. Green led all skill players by working 69 of 72 snaps. Jerome Simpson got 59, Ryan Whalen 31 and Andrew Hawkins 27. Jermaine Gresham led the tight ends with 71 snaps and Donald Lee got 19. Dennis Roland played five snaps as a run-blocking TE. The three-headed backfield saw Cedric Benson get 33 snaps, Bernard Scott 25 and Brian Leonard 14. Fullback Chris Pressley was in for seven plays.
Steelers 13, Browns 9
Mike Wallace led the wideouts with 68 snaps, just ahead of Antonio Brown’s 64. Jerricho Cotchery played 40 snaps. Creaky Hines Ward worked 27 snaps, Emmanuel Sanders 26. Tight end Heath Miller led all skill players with 73 snaps, including 30 pass routes. Weslye Saunders saw 19 snaps mostly as a run blocker. Rashard Mendenhall was in for 11 plays before tearing up his knee. Isaac Redman was the main beneficiary with 49 snaps, and John Clay got 17. Fullback David Johnson was in on 21 plays.
The top three WRs got a fairly even share. Greg Little played 57 snaps, Mohamed Massaquoi 48 and Joshua Cribbs 44. Carlton Mitchell got five snaps. Tight end Evan Moore worked 51 plays, running 34 pass routes. Jordan Cameron got 14 snaps. Peyton Hillis dominated backfield snaps with 49, while Chris Ogbonnaya saw seven and Montario Hardesty five. Fullback Owen Marecic got eight snaps.
Dolphins 19, Jets 17
Brandon Marshall led all WRs with 45 snaps, followed by Brian Hartline’s 41, Davone Bess’ 30 and Clyde Gates’ 11. Tight end Anthony Fasano played all 60 snaps. Charles Clay worked 24, Will Yeatman eight and Ryan Cook five. With Reggie Bush watching, Daniel Thomas led the backfield with 35 snaps and Steve Slaton saw 16. Fullback Lex Hilliard worked 18 plays.
Though he sulked his way to the bench, Santonio Holmes paced the wideouts with 63 snaps. Plaxico Burress got in for 55 plays and rising Jeremy Kerley saw 39. Patrick Turner got 13 snaps. Dustin Keller dominated snaps at tight end with 61, with Matthew Mulligan getting 29. LaDainian Tomlinson led the backfield with 40 snaps, 10 more than Shonn Greene. Joe McKnight only got in for four plays. Fullback John Conner played 21 snaps and Josh Baker three.
Saints 45, Panthers 17
Devery Henderson saw 48 snaps, while Marques Colston got 39 and Robert Meachem 36. Adrian Arrington saw a healthy 27 snaps. Courtney Roby got in for one play. Tight end Jimmy Graham worked 37 snaps. Pat McQuistan was in for 34 snaps and Mike Higgins 27, primarily as run blockers. The tailback split broke down as follows: Chris Ivory 32, Pierre Thomas 23 , Darren Sproles 20. Fullback Jed Collins worked 47 snaps.
Brandon LaFell led all skill players with 50 snaps, just ahead of Steve Smith’s 48. Seyi Ajirotutu rounded out the WR corps with 27 plays. Tight end Jeremy Shockey got 46 snaps to Greg Olsen’s 15. Ben Hartsock was in for five plays. DeAngelo Williams (29 snaps) and Jonathan Stewart (28) got nearly equal action. Josh Vaughan and Kealoha Pilares worked one snap each. Fullback Richard Brockel worked 15 plays.
Chiefs 7, Broncos 3
With Dwayne Bowe leaving late in the first half after ramming his head into the turf, Steve Breaston led the wideouts with 48 snaps, followed by Terrance Copper (36), Jonathan Baldwin (30) and Bowe (27). Tight end Anthony Becht got 58 snaps to Leonard Pope’s 25. Dexter McCluster thankfully got more snaps than Thomas Jones, 32 to 27. Fullback Le’Ron McClain worked 32 plays.
Eric Decker easily paced the wideouts with 72 snaps, missing just two plays. Demaryius Thomas played 50 snaps, Eddie Royal 30 and Matt Willis 12. Tight end Daniel Fells also played 72 snaps. Virgil Green worked 34 snaps, all but six as a run blocker. Chris Clark was in for 12 snaps, Dante Rosario five. Willis McGahee edged Lance Ball for snaps at tailback, 38-37, but Ball ran 17 pass routes to McGahee’s four. Jeremiah Johnson got eight snaps. Fullback Spencer Larsen was in for one play.
Cardinals 23, Seahawks 20
Larry Fitzgerald paced the WRs as expected with 74 snaps, but Andre Roberts was close behind with 70. Early Doucet played 34 snaps and Chansi Stuckey 3. Jeff King led the tight ends with 47 snaps, followed by Todd Heap’s 34. Rob Housler got in for 17 plays. Jim Dray saw one snap. With Beanie Wells inactive due to his problematic right knee, LaRod Stephens-Howling took advantage, getting 43 snaps to Chester Taylor’s 26. Alfonso Smith was in for four plays. Fullback Anthony Sherman worked 25 snaps.
Golden Tate led the way with 53 snaps in a fairly even split with Ben Obomanu (51) and Doug Baldwin (48). Deon Butler got 25 snaps, Ricardo Lockette 17. Tight end Zach Miller played all 79 snaps, while Cameron Morrah and Anthony McCoy got 17 apiece. Marshawn Lynch paced the backfield with 39 snaps, though Justin Forsett saw 20 and Leon Washington 19. Fullback Michael Robinson was in for 10 plays.
Eagles 34, Redskins 10
DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin played 54 snaps each. Jason Avant saw a healthy 46 snaps, while Chad Hall got nine. Brent Celek dominated snaps at tight end with 54, Clay Harbor getting 20. With LeSean McCoy sitting, Ronnie Brown worked 35 plays at tailback. Dion Lewis got in for 22. Fullback Owen Schmitt saw 11 snaps.
Jabar Gaffney led the skill players with 63 snaps and 44 pass routes. Santana Moss was close behind with 55 and 39, respectively. Terrence Austin got 18 snaps, Niles Paul 17, and Brandon Banks one. Logan Paulsen worked 46 plays at tight end, with Rob Myers working one. Evan Royster played an incredible 61 snaps at tailback, 50 more than banged-up Roy Helu. Fullback Mike Sellers was on the field for six plays.
Giants 31, Cowboys 14
Hakeem Nicks paced the wideouts with 69 snaps, four more than Victor Cruz. Each ran 40 pass routes. Mario Manningham saw 30 snaps. Devin Thomas got in for one play. Travis Beckum edged Bear Pascoe for snaps at tight end, 40-38. Ahmad Bradhaw got double the snaps of Brandon Jacobs, 34-17, even though New York led throughout. Danny Ware got in for 19 plays. Fullback Henry Hynoski saw 31 snaps.
Miles Austin played all 61 snaps, followed closely by Dez Bryant’s 58 and Laurent Robinson’s 50. Tight end Jason Witten played every snap too, with Martellus Bennett getting 10. Felix Jones held up for 39 plays at tailback, and Sammy Morris got in for 20. Fullback Tony Fiammetta, a key component earlier in the season, played just six snaps.
Jaguars 19, Colts 13
Jarett Dillard led the WRs with 50 snaps, just ahead of Mike Thomas’ 47. Chastin West got 23 snaps, Kassim Osgood nine and Taylor Price two. Tight end Marcedes Lewis played 55 snaps, but ran just 11 pass routes. Colin Cloherty got 11 snaps. Maurice Jones-Drew played 43 snaps, well ahead of DuJuan Harris (11), Montell Owens (4) and Deji Karim (3). Fullback Greg Jones was in on 34 plays. Brock Bolen saw two snaps.
The indefatigable Reggie Wayne played all 65 snaps, with Pierre Garcon right behind at 63. Austin Collie worked 46 plays. Tight end Dallas Clark re-asserted himself with 56 snaps. Brody Eldridge got 18. Jacob Tamme got one, two fewer than Anthony Hill. Joseph Addai played 31 snaps to Donald Brown’s 27. Delone Carter was in for seven plays. Fullback Ryan Mahaffey worked five plays and Jerome Felton three.
Falcons 45, Buccaneers 24
Despite an early blowout, Roddy White played 48 snaps and Julio Jones 44. Eric Weems got 16 snaps, ahead of Harry Douglas’ six and Kevin Cone’s two. At least coaches preserved Tony Gonzalez, giving him 26 snaps to Michael Palmer’s 31. Reggie Kelly got 24 snaps, all but five as a run blocker. Michael Turner needed only 21 snaps to do maximum damage. Jason Snelling got 29 snaps and Jacquizz Rodgers’ 20. Fullback Mike Cox worked 20 plays.
Mike Williams played all 66 snaps. Dezmon Briscoe got 59 snaps in place of Arrelious Benn, and Preston Parker was in for 53 plays. Micheal Spurlock saw five snaps. Tight end Kellen Winslow soldiered his way to 51 snaps. Zack Pianalto got 12, Luke Stocker 11. Kregg Lumpkin led the backfield with 31 snaps as the Bucs played catch-up. LeGarrette Blount only was in for 23 plays. Mossis Madu saw 11 snaps. Fullback Erik Long got in for one play.
Patriots 49, Bills 21
Wes Welker led the wideouts with 58 snaps, and no one else was close. Tiquan Underwood got 26, Chad Ochocinco 22 and Deion Branch 14. Workhorse tight end Rob Gronkowski played all 73 snaps, with Aaron Hernandez getting 69. Steven Ridley kept command of the backfield with 38 snaps, more than doubling Danny Woodhead (18) and BenJarvus Green-Ellis (16). Fullback Lousaka Polite worked 10 plays.
With Stevie Johnson benched after 21 snaps due to another excessive celebration penalty, Derek Hagan got 70 snaps, David Nelson 68 and Naaman Roosevelt 54. Ruvell Martin played 33 snaps. Tight end Scott Chandler worked 27 plays to Kevin Brock’s 10. C.J. Spiller played an impressive 58 snaps to lead the backfield, and Tashard Choice got 13. Fullback Corey McIntyre was in on three plays.

Vincent Jackson paced the skill players with 53 snaps, followed by Malcom Floyd’s 48. Patrick Crayton played 20 snaps and Vincent Brown five. The tight ends saw a fairly even split with Antonio Gates working 49 plays and Randy McMichael 43. Kory Sperry saw 10 snaps. With Ryan Mathews (calf) inactive, Curtis Brinkley edged Mike Tolbert in snaps, 33-30. Fullback Jacob Hester was in for 22 plays.
Denarious Moore led the WRs with 59 snaps, Darrius Heyward-Bey got 55 and Louis Murphy 42. Chaz Schilens worked 12 plays. Jacoby Ford got in for seven and T.J. Houshmandzadeh two. Kevin Boss paced the tight ends with 31 snaps, Brandon Myers getting 18 and David Ausberry 15. Michael Bush played a whopping 65 snaps. Rock Cartwright spelled him for two plays. There was an even split at fullback, Marcel Reece edging Manase Tonga 16-15.

Nate Washington led the wideouts with 47 snaps, followed by Donnie Avery’s 39 and Lavelle Hawkins’ 35. Marc Mariani got in for 14 plays. Damian Williams left with a rib injury after nine snaps. Jared Cook was in for 37 plays, running 33 pass routes. Craig Stevens worked 30 plays and Daniel Graham 12. Chris Johnson led the backfield with 37 snaps to Jamie Harper’s 21. Fullback Ahmard Hall worked 19 plays.
Andre Johnson returned on a snap count, getting 18 plays to knock the rust off. Jacoby Jones led the wideouts with 50 snaps, followed by Bryant Johnson’s 43. Kevin Walker worked 24 plays. Jeff Maehl was in for eight plays. With Owen Daniels resting for the playoffs, Joel Dreessen saw a massive 65 snaps. Garrett Graham got eight. Likewise with Arian Foster resting, Ben Tate paced the backfield with 53 snaps, while Derrick Ward got 19. Hybrid fullback James Casey worked 51 plays. Fullback Lawrence Vickers was in for 23 plays.
