The Dallas Cowboys sealed the NFC East with a dominant 38-10 win over the Washington Commanders.

The Cowboys opened the scoring on a three-yard pass from Dak Prescott to Jalen Tolbert, but the Commanders tied it up on a one-yard pass from Sam Howell to Brian Robinson after a blocked field goal.

The Commanders took the lead on a 36-yard field goal after a Quan Martin interception of Dak Prescott, but the Cowboys bounced back to take the lead on a one-yard touchdown run from Tony Pollard before Dak Prescott found CeeDee Lamb for a four-yard score.

Prescott and Lamb connected again midway through the third quarter, this time on a six-yard touchdown to make it 28-10. Prescott made it 35-10 with a five-yard touchdown pass to Brandin Cooks.

A 50-yard field goal from Brandon Aubrey rounded out the scoring at 38-10.

Offensive spotlight: The Cowboys offense ended the regular season with a huge performance all round.

Quarterback Dak Prescott went 31-for-36 for 279 yards with four touchdowns and an interception. CeeDee Lamb caught all 13 passes thrown his way for 98 yards and a pair of touchdowns while Tony Pollard averaged 4.1 yards per carry and found the end zone on a one-yard touchdown run.

Defensive spotlight: Like on offense, the Cowboys’ defensive stars came to play today, too. Micah Parsons recorded a sack and DaRon Bland registered an interception. DeMarcus Lawrence had a pair of batted passes while cornerback Stephon Gilmore had a pass breakup before leaving the game with an injury.

Rookie spotlight: The Commanders had three defensive players play over 30 snaps on defenses Sunday, with cornerback Emmanuel Forbes, safety Jartavius Martin and edge defender KJ Henry all playing significant snaps.
