In a game with almost as few points as possible, it was the Minnesota Vikings who outlasted the Las Vegas Raiders thanks to a fourth-quarter field goal — the only score of the game. The 3-0 win moves the Vikings to 7-6 on the year.

Offensive spotlight: Vikings star wide receiver Justin Jefferson returned to the lineup after a seven-game absence but was taken to the hospital with a ribs injury after just two receptions for 27 yards. The Vikings' offense did not manufacture many positives with Jefferson out, as he even led the team in receiving yards (27) until late in the fourth quarter, despite leaving the game in the middle of the second quarter.

Quarterback Josh Dobbs went 10-of-23 passing for just 63 yards heading into the fourth quarter before the team decided to change things up and turn to Nick Mullens the rest of the way. Mullens went 9-of-13 passing for 83 yards, leading the team on its lone scoring drive in the fourth quarter.

Aidan O’Connell and the Raiders' offense and, much like the Vikings' offense, didn’t have much success. O’Connell threw for 170 yards on 21-of-32 passing with an interception. Davante Adams led the team in targets (10), totaling seven receptions for 53 receiving yards. Running back Josh Jacobs carried the ball 13 times for just 34 yards and added two catches for 26 yards before leaving the game with an apparent knee injury.

Defensive spotlight: Raiders star defender Maxx Crosby has been dealing with a knee injury, creating some speculation about whether he would suit up for this game. Not only did he play but he was the same dominant force that he’s been all season, coming up with two sacks and rarely missing a defensive snap.

Rookie spotlight: Vikings undrafted rookie linebacker Ivan Pace Jr., thrust into an every-down role with Jordan Hicks on injured reserve, has been a steady presence in the middle of Brian Flores’ defense. He entered this game with a solid 70.9 defensive grade. Pace racked up a team-leading 13 total tackles in against Las Vegas while adding a sack — something he excelled at in college — which brings him to 2.5 on the season. Pace even helped seal the Vikings' win with an interception inside the final two minutes, completing the best game of his NFL career so far.
