Week 2 was a solid start for the model. The top player, Donovan Peoples-Jones, may have laid an absolute egg (zero puntos and a dropped TD), but his battery-mate Amari Cooper, who was also on the list, turned in a top-10 performance.

Mark Andrews was the TE1 on the week, and he was on the DraftKings Milly Maker winning lineup (congrats to madcow65). We always love to see that.  Rookie Garrett Wilson went off for 30 PPR points, and both New England Patriots wideouts the model liked turned in excellent performances.

As we head into Week 3, it’s important to stress that WR performances are volatile. Just to underline again why the Buy-Low is useful: 10 of the 18 receivers identified by the model last week turned in better performances than Justin JeffersonJa’Marr Chase and Davante Adams – three of the top four scoring leaders in Week 1.
