NFL Week 10 Game Recap: Minnesota Vikings 33, Buffalo Bills 30

The Minnesota Vikings won the game of the season in overtime, knocking off the Buffalo Bills, 33-30, in Week 10.

Offensive spotlight: Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson made one of the greatest catches in NFL history on a fourth-and-18 desperation play to keep the Vikings alive. Jefferson finished the game with 10 catches for 193 yards and 3.7 yards per route run.

Defensive spotlight: Patrick Peterson ended the game with a pair of interceptions of Josh Allen, including the final one in the end zone to secure the Vikings win. Peterson had as many interceptions as first downs allowed in coverage.

Rookie spotlight: Three rookie cornerbacks played extensively in this game, two for the Vikings and one for Buffalo. It was the NFL debut on defense for Minnesota second-rounder Andrew Booth Jr., who allowed four catches for 55 yards on six targets.

Offensive line spotlight: Both offensive lines held up reasonably well but tended to time their bad plays for key downs. Rookie Ed Ingram stepped on Kirk Cousins’ foot down by the goal line to cause a damaging negative play late in the game. Neither quarterback was under pressure for more than 10 snaps.
