The Pro Bowl guard was helped off the field and carted into the locker room after suffering an apparent right leg injury during the team’s open practice Sunday night. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the team believes he suffered a meniscus injury.
Dickerson has been one of the best guards in the NFL since he was selected in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He earned a career-best 78.6 PFF overall grade last season during the Eagles’ Super Bowl run, which ranked eighth among 77 qualifying guards.
Philadelphia entered the year at No. 1 in PFF’s offensive line rankings but would have some real concerns along the interior if the injury were significant following Mekhi Becton’s departure in free agency.
Dolphins RB Alexander Mattison out for the season following neck surgery
Miami Dolphins running back Alexander Mattison underwent neck surgery on Sunday and is out for the season, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Mattison was injured in the Dolphins’ preseason opener against the Chicago Bears on Sunday. The veteran running back was able to walk off the field under his own power but was later transported to the hospital by ambulance and underwent surgery the same day.
Mattison was having a strong camp by all reports and was carving out a role in a crowded Dolphins backfield. The team will move forward with De'Von Achane, Jaylen Wright and rookie Ollie Gordon II. Gordon had a strong debut, averaging 4.25 yards after contact per attempt and forcing two missed tackles on the ground.
Miami signed veteran running back Aaron Shampklin on Monday and worked out free agent Jamaal Williams, who was with the New Orleans Saints over the past two years. Williams led the NFL with 17 rushing touchdowns as a member of the Detroit Lions in 2022.
Colts CB Kenny Moore II leaves practice with a knee injury
Indianapolis Colts cornerback Kenny Moore II left Sunday’s practice with a knee injury that looked concerning, according to ESPN's Stephen Holder.

Moore has been one of the more consistent cornerbacks in the NFL over the past few years, earning PFF overall grades of 76.8 in 2023 and 70.1 in 2024 while playing more than 1,000 snaps in each season.
Indianapolis lost third-round rookie cornerback Justin Walley to a torn ACL in last week’s preseason opener against the Baltimore Ravens. The Colts’ secondary placed 10th in PFF’s rankings heading into the season, but the unit's depth is now a concern.
Ravens CB Robert Longerbeam will miss the season with torn patellar tendon
Baltimore Ravens cornerback Robert Longerbeam suffered a torn patellar tendon and will miss the rest of the season, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz.

A devastating injury with a long rehab ahead. Baltimore has now lost both of its 6th-round rookie CBs for the year after Bilhal… https://t.co/llxw1wRfTz pic.twitter.com/575QwhMVNp
It’s another hit for a Ravens’ secondary that also lost rookie cornerback Bilhal Kone to a torn ACL and MCL in the preseason opener against the Colts. Both Longerbeam and Kone were picked in the sixth round of this year’s draft.
Longerbeam was best utilized in the slot in college, where he forced 11 incompletions and allowed just a 78.0 passer rating into his coverage in 2024. The Ravens will be tasked with adding a few cornerbacks to their roster in the coming days.
