Seattle Seahawks 23, Arizona Cardinals 20

Pittsburgh Steelers 24, Minnesota Vikings 21

The Pittsburgh Steelers jumped out to an early lead and held off a late rally from the Minnesota Vikings to secure a 24-21 victory in Dublin, Ireland, to kick off Week 4. The defense came up big in the final minutes, stopping the Vikings' final drive just outside field goal range to preserve the win.

Houston Texans 26, Tennessee Titans 0

The Tennessee Titans dropped to 0-4 while the Houston Texans picked up their first win in dominating, but generally ugly, fashion.

New England Patriots 42, Carolina Panthers 13

Drake Maye threw for 203 yards and two touchdowns and added another score on the ground as the New England Patriots cruised to a 42-13 win over the Carolina Panthers in Week 4. The rookie quarterback delivered one of his most efficient performances to date, helping the Patriots build a 28-6 halftime lead and never look back.

Detroit Lions 34, Cleveland Browns 10

After a slow start, the Detroit Lions kicked into gear and handled the Cleveland Browns through all three phases of the game.

Atlanta Falcons 34, Washington Commanders 27

Michael Penix Jr. completed 20-of-27 passes for 313 yards and two touchdowns, as the Atlanta Falcons topped the Washington Commanders 34-27 in Week 4. The Falcons offense was highly efficient, generating 0.61 EPA per pass play, and the defense held off a late rally to move to 2-2 on the year.

Philadelphia Eagles 31, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 25

Saquon Barkley was held to just 43 yards on 19 carries and Jalen Hurts threw for only 130 yards, but the Philadelphia Eagles found other ways to win, edging the previously unbeaten Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-25 in Week 4.

Los Angeles Rams 27, Indianapolis Colts 20

The Rams rebounded from a tough Week 3 loss by handing the previously unbeaten Colts their first defeat of the season, 27-20. Critical errors by Adonai Mitchell wiped two potential Colts touchdowns off the board, opening the door for Los Angeles to capitalize late. Tutu Atwell‘s go-ahead touchdown and Kamren Curl‘s second interception sealed a hard-fought victory that pushed the Rams to 3-1.

Parker Washington’s 87-yard punt return touchdown—the Jaguars’ first in eight seasons—helped fuel a 26-21 win over the 49ers, backed by a defense that forced four takeaways.

Kansas City Chiefs 37, Baltimore Ravens 20

Patrick Mahomes threw four touchdown passes as the Chiefs cruised past the injury-riddled Ravens, 37-20, in a game that saw Lamar Jackson exit with a hamstring injury. An incredible Sunday Night Football showdown ended in a 40-40 tie between the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys—the second-highest scoring tie in NFL history. Dak Prescott and Jordan Love combined for six touchdowns in a back-and-forth battle that featured standout quarterback play on both sides. In a game where neither team deserved to lose, the offenses delivered from start to finish.

The Dolphins secured their first win of the season with a 27-21 victory over the Jets, but it came at a cost as Tyreek Hill exited with a serious knee injury.
