*15-snap minimum in Week 2

Offensive Player of the Week: TE Isaiah Likely, Baltimore Ravens

It doesn't get much better for a receiver than eight catches on eight targets for 100 yards and a touchdown in the preseason. And that all came in one half. Likely finished with a 96.9 overall grade for the week — the highest such mark for a tight end in a preseason game (min. 15 snaps) since PFF began grading in 2006. He also tallied four broken tackles and two contested catches in Week 2.

Defensive Player of the Week: EDGE Shaq Lawson, Buffalo Bills

Lawson recorded four pressures across 25 pass-rushing snaps in Week 2. He also batted a pass and made a run stop en route to a 93.3 overall grade, the highest among edge defenders from this past slate of games. The former first-round pick was simply dominant.

Rookie of the Week: QB Desmond Ridder, Atlanta Falcons

While a few other offensive rookies graded out better than Ridder in Week 2 of the preseason, his performance as a rookie quarterback stands out above the rest. His 92.6 overall grade from the game is a top-five mark among preseason efforts from rookie signal-callers since 2006.

Offensive Line of the Week: Green Bay Packers

Rookie Zach Tom led the way for the Packers this week, earning 80.0-plus grades as both a pass-blocker and a run-blocker. He allowed no pressure on 22 pass-blocking snaps. Joining him in the latter feat were Cole Van Lanen (recently traded) and Caleb Jones, among others on smaller snap counts.
