Despite being kicked out of postseason contention earlier in the day, the Detroit Lions fought and played spoiler for the Green Bay Packers' playoff hopes, as they went into Lambeau and won 20-16 in Week 18. 

The Dallas Cowboys didn't have much to play for, and it showed. In the end, the Washington Commanders coasted to a comfortable 26-6 victory over their division rivals in Week 18.

For the first time since their only Super Bowl victory in 2017, the Philadelphia Eagles will be the No. 1 seed in the NFC.

In essentially a meaningless game for both teams, the Denver Broncos defeated the Los Angeles Chargers 31-28.

The San Francisco 49ers dominated the Arizona Cardinals in Week 18, beating them 38-13 to lock up the No. 2 seed in the NFC. 

The Seattle Seahawks kept their postseason hopes alive by the slimmest of margins, defeating the Los Angeles Rams on a field goal in overtime to win 19-16.

In the final week of the regular season, the Atlanta Falcons defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by a score of 30-17. The result brings the Falcons’ final record to 7-10, while the Bucs NFC South champion Buccaneers drop to 8-9.

The Pittsburgh Steelers handled their business with a 28-14 victory over the Cleveland Browns in Week 18 but missed out on the postseason due to results around the league.

In the season's final division bout between the two teams, the Carolina Panthers defeated the New Orleans Saints 10-7 in Week 18.

The Cincinnati Bengals avoided the need for any coin toss drama with a win over the Baltimore Ravens in a chippy AFC North encounter that sets up a rematch in the wild-card round of the playoffs next week. 

In an ugly game, the Miami Dolphins eked out an 11-6 win at home against the New York Jets to sneak into the playoffs.

In what will be one of the most discussed Week 18 games in NFL history, the Houston Texans' last-second 32-31 win over the Indianapolis Colts moved them out of the No. 1 spot in the 2023 NFL Draft. 

The Buffalo Bills survived a tough battle with the New England Patriots to win their first game since Damar Hamlin's on-field cardiac arrest, ending with a 35-23 victory.

The Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears both walked away from Week 18 with exactly what they wanted.
