NFL Week 4 Game Recap: Jacksonville Jaguars 23, Atlanta Falcons 7

The Jacksonville Jaguars overpowered a struggling Atlanta Falcons in their home away from home, ultimately emerging with a 23-7 win.

Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars advance to 2-2 on the season, while the Atlanta Falcons drop to 1-3 and now have to fend off the questions hovering over young quarterback Desmond Ridder.

Offensive spotlight: Desmond Ridder will be the subject of debate over the next few days, as he struggled to string drives together against the Jaguars defense. He finished the game 19-of-31 for 191 yards and a touchdown, but he threw back-to-back interceptions in the second quarter, the first of which was taken back for six by cornerback Darious Williams.

Ridder finished the game with three turnover-worthy plays and no big-time throws, and he took four sacks. He'll likely finish reviews with a sub-50.0 PFF grade.

Defensive spotlight: Darious Williams took Ridder's first pick back for six, but he was stingy all game for Jacksonville. He was targeted four times in coverage but allowed just one catch for 10 yards. He forced two incompletions in total.

Rookie spotlight: Jaguars tackle  Anton Harrison committed himself well in both facets of play. He didn't allow a single pressure across 36 pass-block snaps, according to PFF's first review of the game film, and he made several key blocks in the running game.

Of course, we couldn't leave Bijan Robinson out of the conversation here, as the Falcons star ran for 105 yards and five first downs on 14 carries. Just 35 of those rushing yards came after contact, with the Texas product doing most of his work in the open field. Robinson added five catches for 32 yards and two first downs in the passing game to cap off another mightily productive day.
