Offensive Player of the Week: RB Jahmyr Gibbs, Detroit Lions

Gibbs was outstanding in the Lions’ overtime win over the Giants, earning a 91.4 PFF grade. He forced five missed tackles on just 15 carries, with 167 of his 219 rushing yards coming on only three of those attempts.

Defensive Player of the Week: EDGE Myles Garrett, Cleveland Browns

Garrett’s Defensive Player of the Year résumé grows stronger each week, and he delivered another dominant outing in Week 12. The Browns edge defender won 33.3% of his pass-rush snaps and earned a 92.8 PFF pass-rush grade, finishing with 11 total pressures that included three sacks and three quarterback hits.

Rookie of the Week: CB Marcus Harris, Tennessee Titans

A sixth-round pick back in April, Harris delivered the best game of his young career in Week 12, earning an 89.0 PFF grade in the loss to the Seahawks. He was targeted three times in coverage and did not allow a reception, finishing with a pair of pass breakups.

Offensive Line of the Week: Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs offensive line delivered a strong performance in pass protection, with right guard Trey Smith the only starter not to earn a PFF pass-blocking grade above 75.0 in the win. After years of inconsistency at left tackle, Kansas City should be encouraged by how well rookie Josh Simmons is playing — the former Ohio State standout has now posted a 70.0-plus pass-blocking grade in five of his seven games this season.
