Tampa Bay Buccaneers EDGE Shaquil Barrett tears Achilles
- Barrett suffered the injury during the third quarter of Thursday night’s loss to Baltimore. He was carted to the locker room and immediately ruled out.
- Barrett's 40.5 sacks and 12 forced fumbles are both top five among all players since 2019. He has totaled a team-high 22 pressures on the season to along with three sacks and 15 hurries en route to a 68.8 PFF grade.
- Tampa’s pass-rush grade as a unit is 61.6, which is bottom five in the NFL.
- The Bucs have lost five out of their last six games. They have a mini-bye coming up before a meeting with the Rams next week.
