Welcome to our second-to-last week sharing the start ‘em or sit ‘em feature. If you’ve made it this far, congratulations! Most fantasy leagues are now entering the semi-finals stage, so it’s absolutely paramount we make the correct roster decisions this week.

After getting a chance to dissect this week’s matchups, usage rates and projected opportunities, I’ve compiled the list of the most intriguing matchups to target and the ones you’ll want to avoid.

QUARTERBACKS

START: Jared Goff, Los Angeles Rams

Death, taxes and Jared Goff finishing the season as a top-15 fantasy football quarterback. All three things are nearly guaranteed, or at least they have been under head coach Sean McVay. The man who catches arguably the most flack at his position has strung together another solid season with 232.1 fantasy points and will now get a tremendous matchup against the New York Jets in Week 15.

The Jets have surrendered the second-most points to opposing quarterbacks and have been a top-11 unit in run defense. It’s fair to expect the Rams to struggle rushing the ball, providing Goff with even more opportunities to rack up points as a passer against a suspect secondary.
