Fantasy Football: 5 waiver-wire targets before Week 2

To put it kindly, Week 1 was a mitigated disaster for fantasy football. There were a number of key injuries and even more highly drafted duds. Just in case you find yourself in desperation mode heading into the weekend, I have some “in case of emergency, break glass” options to provide your fantasy football lineups the best chance of success to squeak by with a win, even if your rosters are already looking gimpy. Here are five players to consider adding from the waiver wire heading if you’re in a pinch due to injury as a potential flex play heading into Week 2.
