These are the most valuable anytime touchdown props to target for receivers in Week 1 for the 2025 NFL season.

WR Xavier Worthy, Kansas City Chiefs (+185)

The Chiefs kick off the 2025 campaign with an AFC West divisional matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers in São Paulo, Brazil, with eyes toward capturing a tenth consecutive division crown. Worthy’s impact on this offense will play a big part in that pursuit early as the Chiefs navigate Rashee Rice‘s looming suspension and Marquise Brown‘s training camp injury.

Worthy plays a critical role in Andy Reid’s offense, as evidenced down the stretch last season. The young receiver finished off 2024 with a strong showing that included him finding the end zone in five of his final six games – not including Week 18, when he played just one snap. A credit to his ability to take the ball in a multitude of ways, accumulating 12 total scores (nine receiving and three rushing).

The second-year receiver faces off with a solid secondary in the Chargers, who earned an 87.8 PFF coverage grade against receivers last season. However, Worthy will have a matchup that he can work to exploit against new Chargers cornerback Donte Jackson, who earned just a 45.1 coverage grade last season in Pittsburgh.

WR Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals (+135)

The Bengals start 2025 in a prime position to break the trend of slow starts that have plagued this team for the past few seasons, as they head into Cleveland in Week 1 to take on a Browns defense they beat twice last season.

Higgins was electric when healthy last season, scoring in seven of his last 10 games with 10 total touchdowns over that span. During that period, he took advantage of this Browns secondary when matched up, combining for 12 receptions on 19 targets for 140 yards and a score in each, posting an 81.7 PFF receiving grade.

The Browns are known for their man-heavy scheme, a staple of Jim Schwartz’s defense. That tendency will again play to Higgins' advantage, as he earned a 98.2 receiving grade against single coverage last season.

Without major improvements to the coverage unit this offseason, Cleveland will again struggle to hold down receivers, just as it did last season when it posted a 49.5 PFF coverage grade against receivers and ranked 30th in touchdowns surrendered to receivers.
