The Bills' tight end rotation is a big problem for Kincaid’s fantasy value. Ignoring the games he missed and the one where he suffered a new injury last season, he played 451 snaps to Knox's 426. Kincaid was on the field for only three of a possible 84 snaps in 21 personnel. It was almost always him and Knox in 12 personnel, outside of eight plays with Quintin Morris. In 11 personnel on early downs, Kincaid played only 42.7% of snaps. It’s practically impossible for a tight end to be a fantasy starter without playing 50% of early-down 11-personnel snaps. On third downs, Kincaid's clip jumped to 64.2%, which is better but still not ideal.

Kincaid racked up the third-most uncatchable targets for a tight end in 2024 (25). The players ahead of him were Brock Bowers and Trey McBride, who both saw twice as many targets as Kincaid. For that reason, Kincaid’s 34% uncatchable target rate was the second highest among tight ends with at least 25 targets.

While Kincaid seemed healthy the first few weeks of the season, he was consistently on the injury report starting in mid-October, due to a collarbone injury and then a knee injury, which cost him three games late in the year. There were reports after the season that Kincaid’s injuries had more of an impact than was initially revealed.
