Brian Robinson Jr. scored 63.5 PPR points over the first four weeks of the 2024 season and was RB14 at that point. He suffered multiple injuries over the following month, and his quality of play and volume were down after the injuries.

Chris Rodriguez Jr. and Jeremy McNichols have higher rushing grades in their time in Washington than Robinson, finishing with more yards per carry despite similar yards before contact per attempt. Either one may start to cut into Robinson’s playing time on early downs this season.

Washington had the fifth-lowest team run-blocking grade last season, but left tackle Laremy Tunsil replaces their weakest link on the line. Although Tunsil is known for being an excellent pass protector, his run blocking is also an upgrade, which should lead to better blocking for Washington’s running backs.
