  • Nick Underhill of TheAdvocate.com reported that the New Orleans Saints are looking into possibly trading cornerback Delvin Breaux. The team is apparently concerned with Breaux's injury history and the time he's missed during training camp this year.
  • Breaux burst onto the scene as a rookie in 2015 when he played 956 snaps and ranked ninth among cornerbacks with an overall PFF grade of 85.0. He only logged 296 snaps in 2016 after suffering a broken fibula and then injuring his shoulder after he returned to action.
  • In 2015, Breaux was third in the NFL in passes defensed with 15, but was boom-or-bust, as he led the league with 10 touchdowns surrendered.
