  • New England Patriots right tackle Marcus Cannon has been labeled as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans. If Cannon is unable to play, Cameron Fleming is projected to start in his absence.
  • Fleming was serviceable in five starts last year, finishing the year with an overall grade of 70.0. He did not allow a sack in 61 pass-block snaps this preseason.
  • Coming of a strong 2016, Cannon was only credited with allowing two sacks. Only two among 54 qualifying offensive tackles with at least 400 pass-block snaps allowed less. He finished 2016 with an overall grade of 88.8, by far the best of his career.
