- Cleveland Browns QB Brock Osweiler continued to struggle in preseason action Monday night against the Giants. Osweiler got the start and played the first two drives with the first-team offense. He completed six of his eight passes and threw an interception with the team in the red zone.
- Osweiler has started both of the Browns preseasons games, but on both occasions has posted poor game grades. In Week 1, he had a game grade of 49.8 and on Monday night he earned a 54.0. This comes after a 2016 season where Osweiler ranked as the No. 32 quarterback with an overall PFF grade of 48.6, the worst of his career.
- So far in this preseason Osweiler has struggled with his accuracy. His adjusted completion percentage of 60 percent ranks 66th of 80 quarterbacks and is the lowest of all the Cleveland Browns quarterbacks to attempt a pass.
