- Tamba Hali is coming off the PUP list and will begin practicing for the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Kansas City Start’s Terez Paylor.
- Hali has been one of the best pass-rushers of the PFF era, generating 100 sacks, 93 quarterback hits and 483 hurries since 2006.
- He’ll be a welcomed addition to a Chiefs front seven that has earned fourth-worst pass-rushing grade through the season’s first eight weeks. Dee Ford (37th in pass-rush productivity among 3-4 OLB) has struggled through injuries opposite Justin Houston (12th), while Frank Zombo (35th) is more of a run defender than a pass-rusher.
