  • According to Adam Schefter the Dallas Cowboys have signed veteran running back Ronnie Hillman. This move comes in light of concerns surrounding star running back Ezekiel Elliott and a potential suspension. Hillman played for the Chargers and Vikings last season after spending four seasons with the Broncos.
  • Hillman has graded as “poor” throughout most of his five-year career. His career highlight came as a rookie with the Broncos in 2012. That season he earned the 22nd best grade among qualifying running backs with a grade of 59.7.
  • In 2015, Hillman played a career-high 595 snaps. His best work as a runner came during that season as his 68.4 run grade was a season-long career high. He forced 23 missed tackles on 207 rushing attempts and his elusive rating of 25.8 ranked 41st out of 52 qualifiers.
