Colts confirm Luck out again for Week 4

George Bremer reports that Andrew Luck is out again this week for the Colts as they head to Seattle as big underdogs.
With Luck out, the Colts will turn to Jacoby Brissett for the third straight week. Brissett has played very well in Luck’s stead, earning the eighth-best grade among quarterbacks through Week 3.
Brissett was especially good against the Browns in Week 3, earning an adjusted completion percentage that was second at his position last weekend, while generating 20 rushing yards after contact and two touchdowns on the ground.
