- With the Denver Broncos fielding a crowded receiving corps entering training camp, ESPN Broncos reporter Jeff Legwold said he believes Cody Latimer might be on the hottest seat in the group.
- The additions of rookie wideouts Carlos Henderson and Isaiah McKenzie, as well as the return of Marlon Brown, has added pressure to Latimer’s claim for a roster spot entering this season.
- The former second-round pick has 16 receptions during his three-year career. His .61 yards per route run and WR rating of 42.6 last season were the worst rates among the six Broncos receivers that made a catch.
- He hasn’t caught a pass that was targeted 20 yards or more downfield in his career.
