  • Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Chris Conley went down with what appears to be a serious Achilles injury Sunday night in Houston while recovering an onside kick. Special teams standout Demarcus Robinson is likely to take Conley’s spot in the Chiefs’ lineup.
  • Conley was having the best season of his career (with a 5 overall grade), hauling in 11 of 16 targets for 175 yards prior to the injury.
  • However, on a play-by-play basis, Conley was far from the most productive player on the now-explosive Chiefs offense, generating only 04 yards per route run (73rd of 89 qualifying receivers). Robinson is averaging 1.56 in limited work.
