  • Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon has been reinstated to NFL on a conditional basis, the team confirmed on Wednesday. According to the team’s official website, “effective immediately, Gordon may join the Browns to attend meetings, engage in conditioning work and individual workouts.” He is eligible to begin practice with the team on November 20, and return to the active roster on November 27.
  • Despite primarily catching passes from Brandon Weeden and Jason Campbell, Gordon still emerged as one of the top receiving threats in 2013. Gordon caught six total touchdowns on deep passes (targets of 20 or more yards), trailing only DeSean Jackson and A.J. Green who had eight each. He had a quarterback rating of 111.3 when targeted, 12th among 94 qualifying wide receivers.
  • Even after missing the first two games of 2013, Gordon still lead the league in receiving yards with 1646. His 2.68 yards per route run were second among all wide receivers with at least 60 targets, trailing only Calvin Johnson.
