Los Angeles Rams 34, Carolina Panthers 31

The Rams piled up yardage through the air in their Wild Card win over the Carolina Panthers, with the game plan flowing primarily through wide receivers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. The duo accounted for 29 of the team’s 40 targets, and they averaged 2.85 and 2.06 yards per route run, respectively.

Chicago Bears 31, Green Bay Packers 27

Caleb Williams delivered an uneven performance in Chicago’s win over the Green Bay Packers on Saturday, but the highs ultimately outweighed the lows as he earned a PFF grade of 78.9. While he completed just 50.0% of his passes and posted an adjusted completion percentage (56.8%), he generated six big-time throws, tied for the most by any quarterback in a single game this season.

Buffalo Bills 27, Jacksonville Jaguars 24

This was not the Bills’ strongest team in recent years, placing even more responsibility on Josh Allen’s shoulders. The 2024 NFL MVP rose to the occasion on Sunday, earning a 94.0 PFF grade while recording three big-time throws, zero turnover-worthy plays, an adjusted completion rate (88.2%) and two rushing touchdowns.

San Francisco 49ers 23, Philadelphia Eagles 19

With the 49ers dealing with key injuries throughout the season and losing George Kittle during this game, they needed fringe players to step up, and wide receiver Demarcus Robinson delivered. He set season highs in targets (7), receptions (6), receiving yards (111) and PFF receiving grade (87.8).

New England Patriots 16, Los Angeles Chargers 3

The Patriots defense was relentless in pressuring Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert on Wild Card Weekend, combining for 39 total pressures. Thirteen different players recorded at least one pressure, with 10 registering multiple, and defensive tackle Cory Durden led the way with a PFF grade of 89.5.

Houston Texans @ Pittsburgh Steelers

As has been the case for much of the season, the Texans dominated off the edge in a performance where their defense smothered the opposing offense. Danielle Hunter led the way in PFF pass-rush grade (91.4) after recording six total pressures, while Will Anderson Jr. followed closely with five pressures and a PFF pass-rush grade of 87.1.
