In an NFL Week 3 divisional game, the Houston Texans went on the road and defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 37-17.
The win was Houston’s first of the year, bringing their record to 1-2, while the Jaguars now fall to 1-2.
Offensive spotlight: Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud continued his excellent play this season with a big performance in his team’s win against Jacksonville.

Stroud’s final stat line on the day was 20-for-30 for 280 passing yards, two passing touchdowns and no interceptions.
Defensive spotlight: There were not a ton of defensive standouts on the day for either team, but Jaguars linebacker Foyesade Oluokun recorded 14 tackles, making it three games in a row where he has recorded double-digit tackles.
Rookie spotlight: Texas rookie wide receiver Tank Dell had a monster game against the Jaguars.

He finished the game with a team-high seven targets and five catches for 145 receiving yards and one touchdown.
