The San Francisco 49ers dominated the Arizona Cardinals in Week 18, beating them 38-13 to lock up the No. 2 seed in the NFC.
Offensive spotlight: Tight end George Kittle continued his run of fine form, catching four of his six targets for 29 yards, two scores and one first down. He was targeted on a quarter of his routes and generated a 100.0-plus passer rating for the eighth time this season.
Defensive spotlight: J.J. Watt finished with two sacks and one QB hurry across his 23 pass-rush snaps, bringing his career to an end in a way only he could. The veteran will end his final campaign with a pass-rush grade above 70.0 for the 10th time in his storied career.
Rookie spotlight: Niners QB Brock Purdy was incredibly efficient once again, completing 15 of his 20 pass attempts for 178 yards and three touchdowns. And that stat line would be even more impressive if not for the two passes dropped by his receivers.
The rookie signal caller threw just 6.4 yards down the field on average, though he went 5-for-5 for 72 yards and a score on passes thrown between 10-19 yards downfield on Sunday.
Offensive line spotlight: Trent Williams put on another stellar performance for the 49ers, allowing just one hurry on 25 pass-blocking snaps and earning a 70.0-plus grade in the running game on first review.
