The win takes the Saints to 7-9 on the season, but they have been eliminated from the NFC South race after Tampa Bay’s win over Carolina.
The Eagles drop to 13-3 but have a chance to clinch the No. 1 seed in the NFC next week.
Offensive spotlight: Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith was the standout player on offense in this one. He recorded 115 receiving yards, catching nine of his 13 targets. Smith had five first-down catches and three explosive plays of 15 yards or more.
Defensive spotlight: Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore earned the best overall grade on the day at 91.1 on first review. This was his first game back since October, and he made his mark with a pick-six. He did not allow a touchdown on the day and allowed only four catches for 33 yards and just one first down.
Rookie spotlight: Saints rookie wide receiver Chris Olave had somewhat of a quiet day. He recorded 432 receiving yards across five targets and four catches. He finished the game with a 63.8 receiving grade on first review.
Offensive line spotlight: Four Saints offensive linemen — Trevor Penning, James Hurst, Calvin Throckmorton and Josh Andrews — all put up overall grades above 63.0, though that group did allow four sacks and eight pressures. It was not a strong day for either offensive line.
