Every Monday, we’ll bring you five key storylines borne out by PFF's grades and data. Here’s what stood out in Week 15.

RB James Cook, Buffalo Bills

PFF Grade: 87.2

Cook has grown into a force for the Bills down the stretch, but his performance in the team’s Week 15 win over the Dallas Cowboys was the best of his career to date. Cook carried the ball 25 times for 179 yards, forcing eight missed tackles in the process. He also made an impact as a receiver, adding two receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown.

QB Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

PFF Grade: 91.1

Mayfield kept the Buccaneers firmly in the running to win the NFC South with a big showing in a Week 15 win over the Green Bay Packers. He went 22-of-28 for 381 yards, with four touchdowns and no interceptions. He finished the game with two big-time throws and no turnover-worthy plays.

QB Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams

PFF Grade: 90.4

The Rams weren’t supposed to be a playoff team this season, with a huge rebuilding job looking like it would set them back for at least a season. However, with Matthew Stafford playing like he is, they are in the wild-card race. In Los Angeles’ Week 15 win over the Washington Commanders, he went 25-of-33 for 258 yards with two touchdowns, finishing the game with three big-time throws and no turnover-worthy plays.

EDGE Bradley Chubb, Miami Dolphins

PFF Grade: 94.0

The Dolphins’ defense dominated against the Jets from the very first snap, and Chubb was the star of the show. From 29 pass-rushing snaps, he racked up seven pressures, four of which were sacks. He also forced two fumbles and finished the game with six tackles resulting in a defensive stop.
