It may only be mid-August, but today's game flow sure felt regular for the Houston Texans.
Houston's starting offense played two drives, with its second culminating in a five-yard touchdown connection between standouts C.J. Stroud and Nico Collins. On the day, Stroud completed 6-of-8 passes for 44 yards, a touchdown and zero turnover-worthy plays.
Houston's formidable defense, potentially slated to be one of the best in the league, also contained Bryce Young and the Panthers. Also, star edge tandem Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr. combined for three pressures.
