According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, New Orleans Saints wide receiver Deonte Harris will likely have to serve a three-game suspension in the near future stemming from an offseason DUI arrest in Maryland when his blood-alcohol level was over three times the legal limit.

Harris leads the Saints with 427 receiving yards on the year and is also a dynamic contributor on special teams, ranking fifth in average punt return yards per attempt since 2020 (12.0) and second in the NFL in forced missed tackles per punt return since 2020 (0.5, min. 10 attempts).

The Saints are already without star-wideout Michael Thomas for the season and lost emerging young tight end Adam Trautman to injury for the next 4-6 weeks. New Orleans' next-leading receiver, Marquez Callaway, has 396 receiving yards so far in 2021, which ranks tied for 69th in the NFL. Star running back Alvin Kamara has missed consecutive weeks as well.
