We’re two weeks away from the fantasy football playoffs, and that makes the Week 12 waiver wire a critical one. If you haven’t already, it’s time to trim the fat and load up your bench with high upside options.

Remember, we cast a wide net every week in our waiver wire advice. Below you’ll see recommendations for shallow, regular, and deep leagues. Players are listed in order of priority and the suggested auction budget percentage is in parenthesis.

Keep in mind that some leagues may be more aggressive or conservative in terms of bidding, so know your league tendencies. Regardless of the size of your league, it’s suggested that you work your way down the list and prioritize the top players in your waiver claims for this week.

Shallow Leagues (8-10 teams)

Quarterback

Tyrod Taylor, BUF (5-8%) – Will he be the starter this week? We aren't sure yet, but Taylor has enough upside to warrant picking up regardless.

Running Back

Samaje Perine, WAS (50-100%) – It's a rare occurrence for us to recommend using all of your FAAB, but Perine is worth it with both Rob Kelley and Chris Thompson out for the season.

Alex Collins, BLT (20-40%) – Collins is available in 33 percent of leagues and offers a high floor as the Ravens' lead back.

Danny Woodhead, BLT (15-30%) – Woodhead returned to action this past week and is poised to be a strong contributor down the stretch.

Dion Lewis, NE (10-20%) – Lewis is the clear lead early-down back in New England and is coming off a strong performance in Week 11.

Wide Receiver

Corey Coleman, CLV (20-40%) – The speedy receiver returned to action and caught six balls for 80 yards in Week 11.

Jamison Crowder, WAS (15-30%) – He's surprisingly available in 39 percent of leagues and has caught 20 balls over his last three games.

Josh Doctson, WAS (15-30%) – Doctson's arrow continues to point up after another solid performance this past week.

Tight End

Greg Olsen, CAR (50-100%) – Olsen is set to return this week and is still available in 39 percent of leagues.

Vernon Davis, WAS (10-15%) – The veteran continues to be a productive option when Jordan Reed is sidelined.

Regular Leagues (12 teams)

Quarterback

Ryan Fitzpatrick, TB (1-3%) – He isn't worth breaking the bank for, but Fitzpatrick has streamer appeal against the Falcons this week.
