We’re nearing the end of the fantasy football regular season, and some owners are still looking for ways to improve their team to either make a final playoff push or gear up for their run to the championship.

Whatever you need it for, our fantasy trade value chart can help you determine who to buy and sell, and how much they are worth. The trade value chart relies on our rest-of-season projections. The dollar amounts assume a 12-team league and a starting lineup of 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE and 1 flex. The players are displayed in order of their standard league values, but we’ve included the PPR values for those players as well.

Below are a few trade questions received on Twitter and answered with the help of the trade value chart.

Jordan Howard for Jordan Reed? — @AthotheK2

The trade value chart has Howard ($32.5) slightly ahead of Reed ($24.6) in standard leagues, but the trade is certainly close enough to be deemed “fair.” This one boils down to roster construction. If trading away Howard will leave you dry at running back, it’s not necessary. If you have several running backs you can start each week, but need help at tight end, you can pull the trigger on this one.

In a vacuum, Howard is more valuable than Reed. But this is a prime example of the trade value chart being used as a guide, rather than inflexible scripture.
