Playing preseason Week 4 DFS is not for the faint of heart. The majority of relevant players have already been placed in protective double wrap, and many backups are in lockdown mode as well.

Basically, Thursday’s games will feature a whole lot of nobody you’ve heard of as teams figure out who to cut and who to keep.

If you want to dabble, below are some of my favorite plays for the final slate of this year’s preseason.

The Patriots only have three quarterbacks on the roster, and it’s hard to see Tom Brady or Jimmy Garoppolo seeing much action. We’ll get a whole lot of Jacoby Brissett this week. He done virtually nothing this preseason — just 13-of-23 for 124 yards and no touchdowns — but he should play most of the game as he battles for a roster spot.

Sean Mannion will start at quarterback for the Rams, and I like him as an option this week. He has attempted 76 passes this preseason, second-most among all quarterbacks. He also has a clean 490 yards and two touchdowns against just no interceptions.

I’m taking a look at Denver’s Kyle Sloter. Paxton Lynch, and Chad Kelly are hurt, and Trevor Siemian is the starter, so Sloter will be the starter for this particular game. Given the lack of other options at Denver’s disposal this week, Sloter could play a ton. He’s been on fire this preseason, too, completing 16-of-20 passes for 193 yards and two touchdowns.
