Player prop bets are a great opportunity to start dabbling in the world of sports betting, especially if you’re someone who has played fantasy football. The transition is relatively easy because unlike picking games, you’re still evaluating individual player performance.
When it comes to player props, determining which bet to make can seem daunting. There are so many things to pick from, so how do you know what bets are good bets? That’s where we’re here to help. Each week, we take the player prop lines from BetMGM and break down the best props on the board. We do so by comparing the line to our projections here at PFF. Bets are listed by quality with five stars as the best bets.
Keep in mind that only playing these bets isn’t a strategy for long-term success. You’ll also need to do some work on your own to identify the best plays of the week. That being said, this list will get you off to a good start.

Last week’s results: 11 wins, 9 losses (55.0%)
2019 results: 57 wins, 41 losses (58.2%)
LeSean McCoy, Rushing Yards 47.5 (-118) — UNDER ★★★★★
With Damien Williams back in the mix last week, McCoy was only used in the passing game. While we do expect him to see carries this week, but McCoy comes in way under this line with a projection of 33.8 rushing yards.
Russell Wilson, Passing Yards 300.5 (300) — OVER ★★★
This is an interesting one. Wilson isn’t projected to top this line, with just 236 passing yards in the PFF fantasy projections. However, the odds really change things and put the over in play. At +300 we have an implied total of just 225.4 passing yards on this line.
