Optimal DFS lineups: Buying in on DeAngelo Williams for FanDuel

DFS players have a love/hate relationship with Week 1.

There is a plethora of bargains because the pricing comes out weeks before the teams even cut down to their final roster.

But we have the smallest amount of information possible regarding the 2016 teams. We’re going off of last year’s numbers.

Therefore, this week I decided to let PFF DFS Pro Optimizer take the wheel.

I ran an incredibly stripped-down generator search for Week 1 in FanDuel.

As you can see, I decided to prevent QB/RB on the same team, prevented WR/RB/TE/K on the same team, and prevented offense versus defense. I kept the ROI, matchup, value and projection sliders even and at 50.
