The following are the best start and sit options in fantasy football leagues in Week 4.

QUARTERBACKS

Start: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Miami Dolphins

The veteran has had another fun start and appears to once again be a serviceable quarterback option in 2020. Week 4 may amount to more than that, though, as Fitz and the Dolphins oppose the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. The Seahawks may be a great football team and are likely to come away with a win, but they also allow the second-most points to opposing quarterbacks this season.

The Dolphins won’t have a choice but to air it out early and often if they anticipate keeping up with MVP-hopeful Russell Wilson.
