By the time the draft concludes on Saturday, April 28th you’ll have seen 15-plus players with the letters DT next to their name on the draft ticker. Simply because your franchise needs a defensive tackle, though, doesn’t mean you can plug any one of those names in. Different skillsets work best in different alignments and with different assignments. Let’s look at the top of this year’s defensive tackle class and where they fit best at the next level.
