Lions grab second Florida product in Teez Tabor

The Detroit Lions selected Florida’s Teez Tabor with the 53rd overall pick in the second round of the 2016 draft Friday.
Tabor's 16.4 cover snaps per reception ranked third among draft-eligible SEC CBs.
He’s defined by his ability to play the ball, recording a playmaker index of 25 percent (meaning he disrupted a quarter of all passes thrown into his coverage).
In three years at Florida, Tabor never allowed a QB rating of higher than 53.4 into his coverage, ranking fourth in that statistic among FBS corners in 2015 (33.0 QBR) and 16th last season (41.3).
