Falcons trade up, add edge defender Takkarist McKinley

After trading the 31st pick, along with 2016 third- and seventh-round picks, to the Seahawks, the Atlanta Falcons select Edge Takkarist McKinley from UCLA with the 26th pick.
McKinley’s 89.1 overall grade in 2016 ranked seventh among all draft-eligible edge defenders.
McKinley’s 14.4 pass-rush productivity ranked 15th among all edge defenders in the draft class.
His best pass-rush move is the bull rush. He finished ninth in the draft class with a QB pressure once every 39.4 snaps.
