Offensive Player of the Week: RB Jadan Baugh, Florida
Baugh was sensational in Florida’s win over Florida State in Week 14, forcing 13 missed tackles and averaging 3.47 yards after contact per carry. He finished the game with 264 rushing yards and didn’t allow any quarterback pressure on six pass-blocking snaps.
Defensive Player of the Week: S Miles Scott, Illinois
Scott earned a 92.3 PFF overall grade, pacing all FBS defensive players this week. His work in coverage drove that. On the field for 42 coverage snaps, he came away with a pair of interceptions and a pair of pass breakups.
Offensive Line of the Week: Miami (FL)
Miami’s offensive line did an incredible job of keeping quarterback Carson Beck clean in the team's win over Pittsburgh this week. From 38 pass-blocking snaps, the unit combined to allow just one pressure and also helped power a rushing attack that averaged 4.4 yards per carry.
Quarterback of the Week: LaNorris Sellers, South Carolina
Sellers' box score numbers are impressive enough, but they don’t tell the full story of this game. While he went 23-of-43 for 381 yards with a pair of touchdowns and a pair of interceptions, his seven-to-one big-time-throw-to-turnover-worthy-play ratio was the best among quarterbacks with at least five big-time throws, and his 93.5 PFF passing grade led all FBS quarterbacks this week.
Run Defender of the Week: LB Alfred Chea, Ball State
The Ball State linebacker earned a 92.7 PFF run-defense grade, finishing Week 14 with a pair of defensive stops and a forced fumble.
Pass Rusher of the Week: EDGE Clev Lubin, Louisville
Lubin earned a 91.1 PFF pass-rush grade after racking up seven pressures from 22 pass-rushing snaps. Two of those came in the form of sacks, while another two resulted in quarterback hits.
Coverage Defender of the Week: S Miles Scott, Illinois
