Week 2 of the 2021 college football season is in the books, we are on to Week 3.
Last week, our Michigan/Pittsburgh teaser hit, as both teams cruised to victory in their respective games. Unfortunately, the parlay was unsuccessful due to only two of the three legs hitting, as Buffalo failed to cover the spread against a roller coaster Nebraska team.
Nevertheless, we continue on our quest to find good betting value.
As a weekly general disclaimer, parlays and teasers can lead into making trap bets that, in the long term, will eat away at your bankroll. The promise of a big return for just a few bets hitting can lead novice bettors back to the deposit screen in a hurry. Totally avoiding parlays and teasers is a justifiable action, but you do end up leaving an occasional plus expected value (+EV) bet on the table.
