- Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen told the St. Paul Pioneer Press that he thinks he still has a “long way to go” after having his best season in 2016.
- Despite having to wait until Week 5 to see his snaps significantly go up he led the Vikings in receiving yards, and was a pleasant surprise for an offense that had its struggles.
- Thielen finished the season with a team-best 121.9 wide receiver rating (the passer rating of QBs when targeting one single receiver), 15 points higher than Stefon Diggs.
- Finishing with an overall grade of 81.6, Thielen was a bright spot for the Vikings last year and looks to be a factor in the offense in the upcoming season.
